PLF Cyprus

Passenger Locator Form for Cyprus or the Cyprus Flight Pass was introduced on the 13th of August, 2021 in an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and help the Cypriot authorities track any possible Covid cases. This ensures the safety of both Cypriot citizens/residents, as well as any foreign visitors who plan a stay in the Republic of Cyprus since the form provides essential health-related and contact information of every visitor.

The Cyprus health declaration should be completed within 48 hours of departing to Cyprus. This can be done online within minutes using any working device with an internet connection. Completing the form is followed by an email confirmation of its completion, which should be printed out and presented in Cyprus.

Are there any additional documents needed to enter Cyprus?

Cyprus has its own set of entry requirements implemented in regards to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Cypriot authorities have divided foreign countries into several lists, each one facing different requirements to meet. Thus, depending on your country of origin or previously visited countries, you may have to have additional documents for your trip, including a negative Covid-19 test result, proof of a vaccination certificate, or a recovery certificate.

More information on the current entry restrictions relating to Covid-19 is available on the official Cypriot Government website at https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/.
